TripNudge provides informational tools designed to help travelers understand when flights, trains, attractions, and other travel products may become available to book.

Booking windows, opening dates, release times, and availability indicators shown by TripNudge are provided for informational and planning purposes.

They may be based on provider policies, published schedules, typical booking horizons, observed booking availability, or estimates.

TripNudge does not guarantee that a particular flight, train, attraction, fare, ticket, route, schedule, or inventory will be available on any specific date.

For flight and train searches, origin and destination information may be used to organize a user's trip and saved reminders.

TripNudge does not necessarily verify that the selected provider operates the exact route entered. Users are responsible for confirming routes, schedules, operating carriers, and availability directly with the provider.

Airlines, train operators, attractions, and other travel providers may change booking windows, schedules, release practices, availability, prices, routes, or policies without notice.

TripNudge may not immediately reflect every provider change.

TripNudge may allow users to save email reminders based on estimated or published booking dates.

Reminder delivery is not guaranteed. Email systems, service interruptions, provider schedule changes, technical failures, spam filtering, or other factors may delay or prevent delivery.

Users should not rely solely on TripNudge reminders for time-sensitive or high-value bookings.

TripNudge is independent from the airlines, rail operators, attractions, ticket sellers, tour operators, marketplaces, and other providers referenced on the service unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Purchases, reservations, disputes, cancellations, refunds, changes, and customer service matters are between you and the applicable third-party provider.

TripNudge does not control third-party websites, products, services, availability, pricing, policies, or business practices and is not responsible for their content or performance.

Some links displayed by TripNudge may be affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or reservation through a third-party provider, TripNudge may receive a commission or referral fee.

The use of an affiliate link does not change the price TripNudge displays to you or create an additional charge from TripNudge.

Affiliate relationships do not make TripNudge the seller, ticket issuer, tour operator, travel agency, merchant of record, or provider of the underlying travel product or service.

Where available, TripNudge may present an official provider booking link as well as optional third-party booking or ticket options. Users may choose which link or provider they prefer to use.

TripNudge does not guarantee ticket prices, fare classes, award availability, seat inventory, admission inventory, or future availability.

A booking window being open does not mean a particular product is available or that its price will remain the same.

You may use TripNudge for lawful personal or business travel planning.

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, misuse automated features, submit fraudulent information, or use TripNudge in a way that violates applicable law.

TripNudge may change, suspend, add, or remove features, providers, data, or functionality at any time.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripNudge is not responsible for losses resulting from missed booking opportunities, sold-out inventory, fare changes, schedule changes, inaccurate provider information, delayed reminders, cancelled travel, third-party services, or reliance on information presented through the service.

You remain responsible for verifying booking information directly with the applicable provider before making travel decisions or purchases.

These Terms may be updated as TripNudge evolves. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
